We schedule your installs, confirm activations, and keep everything organized, so you don't have to.

Q: Is this really free?

Yes completely. There's no cost to you. We're paid directly by the service providers you select, and there are no markup or fees passed along to you

Q: Will I be charged more for connecting services through you than doing it on my own?

Absolutely not! In fact, all rates offered are either the same as, or below, what you could get on your own.

Q: What if I already have some of my services set up?

That's totally fine. We'll help fill in the gaps, find better options if available, and confirm everything's ready for move-in. You stay in control.

Q: Do I have to use every service you offer?

Not at all. You pick what you need electricity, internet, security, etc. We're here to simplify, not upsell.

​

Q: Can I use this service if I'm not buying a home?

Absolutely, We assist renters, relocators, and even people doing a 'utility check-up' on their current home.

Q: What if my closing or move-in date changes?

No problem. Just let us know and we'll reschedule your install and activation dates accordingly.

Q: Do I get to choose my providers?

Yes, when you're in a market that offers options. In regulated areas, we'll still guide you through enrollment with the correct utility

Q: Will this take a lot of time?

Not at all. Most calls take 20-30 minutes or less. Compare that to the many hours it would take you to research and call all of the various providers, and being stuck on hold.

Q: Do I have to provide my social security number or payment info?

In most cases, yes but only when required by the provider to open an account, example being for electricity. We handle this securely during your call so you don't have to repeat yourself to every company.

Q: Can you help after I've moved in?

Yes! If you need to make changes, add services, or ask a question we're here to help.
