(“TPS”, "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at www.mytpsinc.com (the "Website") or our TPS Real Estate mobile application (the "App"). About TPS Real Estate Mobile Application​

The TPS Real Estate mobile application is provided by TPS, Inc. for use by existing customers of our document processing services for escrow companies. The App provides access to our online customer portal through a secure webview interface. No new accounts can be created through the App; it is available only to existing TPS, Inc. customers who already have portal access.

The TPS Real Estate App requires the following permission:

• Network Access: This permission is required to load and display our secure online portal and related web pages within the App.

 

Information We Collect From the Website and App

We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form on our Website. When using the App, you access the same online portal as our Website, and the same information collection practices apply.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
