Welcome Our New Sales Representative: Ashley Kraning

We’re delighted to welcome Ashley Kraning to the TPS family as our newest Sales Representative.

Ashley is a graduate of Biola University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She is also a fourth-generation real estate professional, coming from a family deeply rooted in the industry. Her grandmother served as a realtor for more than 25 years, and her mother has built a long and successful career in real estate as well.

Now at TPS, Ashley brings a fresh perspective, strong marketing expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting agents and clients alike. We’re excited for the energy, creativity, and dedication she brings to our team.

Welcome Our New Transaction Coordinator: Megan Eyler

We’re also thrilled to welcome Megan Eyler as the newest Transaction Coordinator at TPS.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Megan brings a deep understanding of the transaction process from start to finish. She is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and solutions-driven mindset, ensuring every file is organized, compliant, and moving forward smoothly.

Megan’s behind-the-scenes expertise allows agents to focus on what they do best, while her people-first approach ensures clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.
